Live Accounts
Procedure on how to set a new MT4 application’s password for a Live trading MT4 account:



- Login to your Client Office (https://my.midasfx.com/)

- Then go to Live Accounts section (https://my.midasfx.com/account/list/) in Private Office

- Initiate password reset procedure as per attached screenshot.

- Check your email inbox (or alternatively junk/spam folder) for password reset email.

- Follow the link inside received email and set new password for your trading account.


Demo Accounts
Procedure on how to set a new MT4 application password for a Demo trading MT4 account:



- Login to your Client Office (https://my.midasfx.com/)

- Then go to Demo Accounts section  (https://my.midasfx.com/account/listdemo/)in Private Office 

- Reset password as per attached screenshot.

- Check your email inbox (or alternatively junk/spam folder) for password reset email.

- Follow the link inside received email and set new password for your trading account.
