Withdrawals are processed within 1–2 business days; amounts up to the original deposit must be withdrawn by the same method.

Important Information
- All withdrawals up to the originally deposited amount must be withdrawn using the same method. Any withdrawals thereafter may be withdrawn using any of our withdrawal options.
- If one of your accounts has a negative balance, the system will automatically transfer funds from your other trading account(s) at the end of every trading week.
- You may submit up to one withdrawal request per day.
- No third party deposits will be accepted. The financial account from which your payment originates must exactly match the name on your trading account. No exceptions. Any third party deposits will be returned to the sender, with the sender absorbing all transaction fees incurred by payment processing.
- Crypto withdrawal fees are determined by the network.
