Yes, we accept Bitcoin from all exchange wallets.

Please note that we generate a unique address for each transaction, therefore no other information is needed for a successful deposit.

Please note that we are a financial services institution and as such there are certain procedures and checks we are required to follow when processing withdrawals. Due to the lengthy nature of those procedures withdrawals take more time than deposits.

In order to deposit via bitcoin, you will need a Bitcoin wallet, such as Coinbase — https://www.coinbase.com/ (Note that we accept payments from all Bitcoin wallets and exchanges).

1. Purchase some Bitcoins (in your Coinbase account, select the “Buy/Sell” button on the left and choose your payment method (bank account or credit card). Enter the desired number of Bitcoins you would like to purchase and click “Buy Bitcoin”);

2. After receiving Bitcoin into your wallet, go to the Client Office >> Deposit >> Bitcoin page — https://OFFICE/deposit/bitcoin/

3. From the drop-down list, select which account you wish to deposit into and the amount you wish to send. This will generate a unique wallet address that you will use to send your Bitcoins.

4. Copy the Bitcoin wallet address that comes up on the next screen and send the Bitcoins to that address from your wallet (on Coinbase click on your Bitcoin wallet at the top left and then click on the “Send Money” button on the top right);

5. Now that you have sent Bitcoin to our account, it takes a few hours for the Bitcoin network to send it over to us. We appreciate your patience. 

Note: Immediately upon receipt of your coins, we will sell them at the prevailing market price at our exchange and your trading account will automatically be credited in your deposit currency.

Coins are credited to your trading account after 6 network confirmations. This can take anywhere between several minutes to hours. Please take it into account while planning your trading.

You may initiate Instacoins deposit through your Client office >> Deposit >> Credit/Debit Cards via Instacoins — https://my.midasfx.com/deposit/instacoins

Once you enter the amount and press the Submit button, you will be redirected to Instacoins. Please follow the on-screen instructions and make a payment.

Note: Some information on the Instacoins will be pre-entered, such as the Bitcoin address.

We accept wire transfers via Instacoins. More options coming soon!

We accept Credit/Debit Card payments using Instacoins. We are continuously working to add more options.

The time frame depends on the method used. 

For Instacoins, it is usually instant. For cryptocurrency such as Bitcoin, it takes from a few minutes to several hours, depending on the state of the blockchain network.

Due to regulatory restrictions we are not able to offer direct card transfers.

Please update your card/bank account details through the corresponding payment method you have registered with.

No, it is not mandatory to submit proof of the source of the funds. The Laws of the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines do not recognize forex services as a separate line of business and as a result, we comply with local regulatory bodies for risk controls.

You may generate a Bitcoin receiving address and send your Bitcoins from Instacoins.

The minimum deposit is 10 USD (50 USD for credit/debit card deposits via Instacoins).

The maximum deposit is 5,000 USD for credit/debit card deposits; Bitcoin and Litecoin deposits have no maximum.

We offer trading accounts in the following currencies:

Payments made in a currency that is different from that of an account’s currency will be automatically converted to account currency.

Availability of payment systems depends on your country of residence, as different payment methods have different regulations.

The Blockchain is a digital record of transactions. When a block with your transaction is added to the blockchain, it shows that the Bitcoin Network established this block. Each new block joined to the blockchain is another confirmation for your transaction. To guarantee that your transaction will come completed, you should expect at least 6 confirmations.

If the status of your deposit shows “Completed” please go to the Client Office main page: https://my.midasfx.com/ and refresh the page to see the funds on your account.If the status of your deposit shows “Pending” please contact us on Live Chat, located in the bottom right corner of our Website: https://www.midasfx.com/ so we can review the issue and assist you further with this matter.
